This is Jack the Clown for Halloween Horror Nights 2000. I did this application and painting. This 6 piece prosthetic also had full upper and lower dental plates, contact lenses and a wig. There were long, nasty-looking acrylic fingernails to finish up his creepy visage.

This is a vaccu-formed mask that I sculpted and painted. There were two different versions of this mask. We made about 30 of these what we called "Jack-u-forms". I also made some latex wigs to go with them. These were for the "Icon house" for Halloween Horror Nights 2004.

Here is the mask with the latex wig.

This is El Chupacabra. It's a full creature suit created for a TV pilot that unfortunately wasn't picked up. This pic was beautifully done by Jim Udenberg (www.makeupart.i8.com).

These are a couple of Olive Oyl nose applications that I've done. They are wearing foam latex nose tips that are applied to the actors every day.

This is a "BeetleJuice" makeup that I did. It's a foam latex forehead appliance (sculpted by Jonah Levy www.fxmakeup.com), Full front dental plate, wig, moss and makeup.

This is a sculpture that I did for a prosthetic Frankenstein's monster head piece for "BeetleJuice's Graveyard Revue". After it gets molded, it will have a reinforced latex skin and filled with foam latex. Then it will be painted and have hair added and styled.

This is a makeup I did for "BeetleJuice's Graveyard Revue" at Universal Studios Orlando. The green was airbrushed first, the shading was airbrushed in black and then creme black was added. A layer of yellow blends it all together. Then, the head piece is worn to finish the look.
