This is the incubus demon or "Ravana" for Halloween Horror Nights 13. Each night, this 5 piece foam latex prosthetic, plus headpiece, plus eyebrows, braided chin beard and full upper and lower teeth and full upper paint job was painstakingly applied on 2 performers. This was designed by Jason Thomas and sculpted by Jim Udenberg (www.makeupart.i8.com). Photo by Jim Udenberg. Also barely visible, behind his right shoulder, is one of the succubi demons. These makeups are featured in Haunted Attraction magazine # 36.

I did this makeup just for fun. I made the foam latex appliances months ago and just wanted to use them. Brian Wolfe (wearing the makeup) supplied the teeth and contacts. I put a baldcap on him, glued the pieces on, and then the ears. After airbrushing him, I applied the hair work.

This is a prosthetic that I designed and made. I also applied it and painted it.
It was used in a movie trailer called "Creature Quest".
Here is a Predator mask I made. It is a latex mask with latex and soft polyfoam dreadlocks. The spines are made from black latex as well. I airbrushed it to look similar to the Predator in the first movie.

Here is a group shot of the cast and crew of the movie trailer entitled: "Coming Soon". Going clockwise there is Doug Mitchell (Camera Op, Co-director & Editing master) Jeff Standard (Grip & Assistant Puppeteer) E.T. (Our Star), Jason Wood (Actor Extrordinaire) & Tim Hays *ME* in the center (Writer, Co-director, Puppet creator, Puppeteer, Stuntman and Actor).
Hopefully, I can post this movie trailer here on this page.

This is a sculpture I did for an alien mask. I sculpted it in WED clay and added a few strips of corrigated tubing.

The completed mask. I molded it in Hydro-cal and cast it in latex. I painted it with a mix of thinned latex and acrylic paint. Then, I sealed it with a gloss sealer.

This was a mask that I got to design, sculpt. mold, cast up several copies and paint them all for Halloween horror nights 1998. The eyes aren't cut out of this one for a display.

Eric Molinaris and myself airbrushed the makeups on the performers. I airbrushed the costumes. This wasn't for the Broadway musical, but a short piece of it among other short pieces of other Broadway musicals in a show.
Also pictured is Patty Accorso (wearing the headset) of Paje' Entertainment.

Here is the very talented cast and makeup crew of "The Pack". (Going from left to right) Top Row: Evan Moore, Joop Katana, Tim Hays, Anthony Matos, Ben Rowe and Shane Ferrell. Bottom Row: David Kramer, Brian Harris and Eric Molinaris.
I made the Wolf prosthetic, latex cowl and understructure with cable control and bladder effects for movement. I also ran all of the foam latex. The cat faces and ears were sculpted by Eric Molinaris.
