In this project, I did the headcast, made the snap molds, sculpted all of the pieces, molded them and mixed & baked the foam latex. I made the pieces in a certain order so they would overlap. Here are pics of when I applied the appliances and colored them.
In the near future, I'll do this makeup again in gelatin for a more realistic look. Plus, I think I'll flock some beard stubble on with my electro-static flocking gun. You can see an example of flocking on my "Beauty & the Beast" page where I flocked fur on the Beast's facial appliances.

This is my victim, "Nick".

Here, I've put a baldcap on him and blocked his eyebrows with eyebrow wax.

Next, I applied a nose and cheeks/neck piece on him.

Finally, I applied the ears, blended all of the edges and added texture where needed.

Now the coloration. I applied a pinkish color pax first, then a tannish-peach color pax leaving it sort of blended, but blotchy to make it look natural.

Here, I've blended the coloration with Premiere Products "Skin Illustrator" and "FX" palettes.

I added some more colors in layers and stippling. Then, I hand-laid some hair for eyebrows.
